Dear Reverend,
ReplyDeleteWhat is your stand concerning homosexuals?
Michael, I am not really sure what you are asking here... Currently the Anglican Church of Canada has not authorized the blessing of same-sex relationships and I must follow that directive from our General Synod. The ACC has affirmed the sanctity of the homosexual relationship. As for me... well, I am not one who judges people in any way. Jesus was a man who loved everyone and calls us to do the same. Love is hard sometimes but love everyone we must regardless of their height, weight, shoe-size, colour, and sexual orientation. If we were to leave ourselves open to love more then judgment of others will fall away. You take care of yourself and your relationship with God and let others do that for themselves. This is love, this is what the Christian is called to do - constantly. Again, I am not sure if this answers your question at all but it is what I have to offer.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
